On a rainy day in Jingdezhen, I met a long-lost cup of good coffee.
The owner of the self-roasted coffee shop that updates the bean list from time to time recommended me an Ethiopian Hambella. I was amazed at the first taste. It is rare to drink a cup of hand-brewed coffee with clear flavor, balance and cleanness, and high sweetness. From high temperature to low temperature, the juice is fuller and fuller, without the strong fermentation feeling of sun-dried beans, and the aftertaste is long and really clean.
I have always been very fond of community stores. Recalling the small southern towns I have visited, sitting in the store and listening to the owner and regular customers chatting, I feel kind and at ease. The more stores I visit, the more I understand that in addition to coffee, human touch is also the reason why we like a store.
It feels like there are new coffee shops opening here almost every week, and each store has many Internet celebrities who check in. When the limelight passes, how many regular customers can stay?
I now feel that too many choices may not necessarily be a good thing. Long-term love and love are too easy to get lost in the chaos.
Return to daily life. Good coffee should be daily.
